Von's Mexican Cobb Salad
My new “go to” restaurant when shopping downtown!
Von’s is right across the street from Pacific Place.
The bar today had a really lively atmosphere and the Mexican Cobb Salad, tumbled tableside, had lots of guests looking. It was great.
I will definitely come back. Try the pomegranate martini, too! Mmmmm.

A classic combo
Prawn cocktail with Caesar salad -- with a Von's classic martini.
There’s nothing quite as festive as a prawn cocktail.
Von’s vodka cocktail sauce is horseradishly piquant aside the cold sea beauties. We jazz up the glass with some bleu cheese-garnished cabbage slaw.
And of course, the Caesar salad speaks for itself. It is the salad of salads, anchovies in the mix and all. We top the Romaine mountain with a Parmesan cheese crisp and a healthy dose of even more shaved Parmesan.
Sided with a martini, wine or beverage of your choice — it is the duo that sings “dinner.” Mr. Cardini would be so proud.
